Our website was developed for use with at least version 3.0 of popular Internet browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Netscape Navigator. If you are experiencing strange occurrences on screen, please download the latest versions of these browsers, and chances are the problems will be fixed.
For those of you using America On-Line, we recommend that you download the latest version of AOL in order to view our website with the fewest possible problems.
Some of the text seems to be cut off when I open the website?
We have built this site for 800 x 600 most common resolution screens. If you only see 2/3 of this page, your screen is 640 x 480 pixels. If you wish to change your resolution, right-click on your desktop screen, click on properties, select the settings tab and drag the screen area cursor button to the right from "640 x 480" to "800 x 600", press OK.
Some of the pictures come through as double images. Why
We use animated gifs here and there in our website, and some older browsers do not treat these files correctly. Please upgrade to the latest versions of Internet Explorer, or Navigator to alleviate the problem.
The text on the screen looks weird. It flows strangely around pictures, and does not look that great on screen. Why?
Our website is optimised to use the default fonts chosen for Internet Explorer and Navigator browsers. If you have chosen another default font and point size, text on our website could look very strange. To fix this, change your browser default font to Arial 12 pt, (Times on a Mac) and Apply the changes.
When I click on linked images or text, it doesn't take me to where I should go. Why?
That's a broken link, and it is our mistake. Please send an e-mail about broken links, typos or any other issues related to our website to tell us what happened. We'll fix it promptly. Thank you!
